Additions or deletions to My List are not being processed

Reason

Your PC is displaying a cached page rather than creating a new page.

Solution

  1. Change your browser cache settings to refresh every page, every time you view it. If this doesn't work, see solutions 2 or 3 below.

  2. To save money, many businesses have a departmental cache. Contact your network administrator to add an exclusion for ipaustralia.gov.au so that the ATMOSS pages are not cached. If this doesn't work, or your business does not have a departmental cache, see solution 3 below.

  3. To save money, many ISP companies cache your pages. Contact your provider to add an exclusion for ipaustralia.gov.au so that the ATMOSS pages are not cached.

Note:  Even though your additions or deletions don't appear on your list, they will appear in the report sent to your e-mail address, as ATMOSS recognises the changes.
