IP Australia has enhanced AusPat - the new search system for Australian Patents.
AusPat 1.3 now allows users to search for applications and patents by publication action and publication date.
Please carefully review the AusPat 1.3 Release notes for information on these and other changes to AusPat 1.3.
You can search using any or all of the following criteria.

Use Quick Search to search by number, invention title, applicant, inventor or agent. Whatever you type will be searched for in each of the following fields simultaneously: Australian Application/Patent Number, Provisional Number, Serial Number (Patent Number), PCT Number, WIPO Number, Invention Title, Inventor Name, Applicant Name and Agent Name. If you need finer control, use the Structured or Advanced searches.
By default search words are ANDed together, that is all the words in your search must be found in order for an application to appear in your results list. You can search for "exact phrases" by enclosing the phrase in quotation marks. You can also separate words with the OR operator.
