IP Australia has enhanced AusPat - the new search system for Australian Patents.

AusPat 1.3 now allows users to search for applications and patents by publication action and publication date.

You can search using any or all of the following criteria.

Use Quick Search to search by number, invention title, applicant, inventor or agent. By default search words are ANDed together, that is all the words in your search must be found in order for an application to appear in your results list. You can search for "exact phrases" by enclosing the phrase in quotation marks. You can also separate words with the OR operator.
